Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated, and inspirational new Headteacher with a commitment to inclusion and continuous school improvement, to take up the post as soon as possible. Visits are welcomed please contact John Harris to arrange: About the Candidate We are seeking:
- A new Headteacher who will demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the ethos of the school, who will be approachable and visible around the school to children, staff, parents and carers
- An individual who will motivate, inspire and develop staff whilst also ensuring their wellbeing is valued and promoted as a core value.
- A leader whose motivation is children and helping them achieve to the best of their abilities and who understands individual children's needs and the wide range of experiences and factors that can impact on their well-being and achievement.
Moston Fields Primary School is a school for 3-11-year-olds with 418 pupils on roll. The school is in Moston, North Manchester, a diverse and strong community with good transport links and amenities. The school is in a culturally diverse area and celebrates the diversity of the school community. 39% of our children have English as an additional language. The school is in a deprived area, 47% of children now receive Free School Meals. 20% of children have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and there are 24 children with an Education Health and Care Plan.
