Full Job Description
40 weeks per year
37 hours per week
(Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm)
Grade 7 - SCP 18-23
(Actual salary £25,901 to £28,385 per annum)
The Governors of St Thomas More Catholic High School are looking for a motivated individual to provide a comprehensive personnel service to ensure smooth operation of the school.
Applicants should be discreet, have excellent interpersonal skills; be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with senior leaders, staff, governors and visitors.
They should be able to provide guidance on personnel related policies and matters and lead on recruitment procedures. A knowledge of Employment Legislation and payroll processing would be an advantage.
