We are recruiting to a number of Band 3 Healthcare Assistant vacancies within our Inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Ward
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Health Care Assistants. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and manage a workload within a very busy environment.
Working as part of a Multidisciplinary clinical team to provide safety and a place to recover from Crisis, you will play an important role in engaging with young people and their families to engage in their assessment and treatment plan to return to their community setting with better coping skills., You will need to have experience of working in a care environment and demonstrate knowledge of the core principles of care, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 and Mental Health experience. Our desired candidates will need to be flexible to the needs of our various units and have respect for the different values, cultures and beliefs of our Young People aged between 13 to 18.
