From 4 April 2024 overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals, etc) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary, a list of skilled jobs which have lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa/different-salary-requirements, Bridgnorth Hospital are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistants to work on the Agnes Campbell Ward.
The ward is busy and you will need to be able to work under pressure at times. You will work within the established nursing team on Agnes Campbell Ward alongside registered nurses, healthcare assistants and therapy staff providing care to patients on the ward.
Please note this vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received, we advise you submit your application early to avoid disappointment., + Implement all aspects of direct care including personal hygiene, toileting, moving and handling to ensure they are safely and comfortably positioned and assisting the patient to mobilise whilst maintaining the safety of both patient and nurse.
+ Assist with the admission and discharge of patients with due regard to organisational policies and procedures.
+ Escort patients to other departments or areas for treatment, investigation or rehabilitative purposes.
+ Observe patient's condition and behaviour reporting changes promptly and accurately.
