The Community Nursing Teams in Brent are seeking HCA responsible for providing clinical in the delivery of high-quality care for the patients in the community setting. There will be an opportunity to do the Apprentice Nursing Associate training which will lead you to become a Band 4., As a Health Care assistant, you will be directly involved in facilitating and shaping self-care for patients with long term conditions in order to help keep them as well as possible in their own homes. You should hold NVQ level 3 in health and social care and have a minimum of 12 months acute or community experience. If you are a motivated team player and want to excel in delivering exceptional holistic healthcare to a diverse patient group in their own home, we want to hear from you. Previous experience of working in the NHS is essential, community experience is desirable but training will be given. Car driving is not required as we walk to visit our patients.
