An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Gynaecology Health Care Assistant to join our Gynaecology Outpatients team.The job involves cross site working Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00, although this may change to include evenings and weekends in the future, so a flexible approach, in addition to a passion for providing excellent care within Gynaecology, is essential. This successful post holder will work across all areas of the Gynaecology Outpatients Department providing cross cover in Ealing, Central Middlesex and Northwick Park sites. You will work closely with the medical teams, matron, existing specialist nurses and other MDT members across three sites providing specialist Gynaecology care to a caseload of complex patients. You must have a minimum of 6 months experience within Gynaecology outpatients and be proficient in assisting with outpatient operative procedures (eg Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Cystoscopy) to apply for this post. Appropriate supervision and on-going support will be provided to enable you to improve our patient's experience throughout their pathway.
