Health Care Assistant - Nights

Are you a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated Community Services team at St Michael's Hospice as a Senior Health Care Assistant.

In this role, you'll provide personalized, holistic palliative care to patients and their families in their own homes, helping to enhance their quality of life during challenging times.,

• Deliver individualized care based on detailed care plans.


• Provide emotional support and maintain patient dignity.


• Participate in clinical assessments and ensure safety protocols are followed.


• Assist in the induction and mentoring of new team members.
