Full Job Description

We are looking for confident people with a genuine interest in Mental Health who are motivated, dynamic and forward thinking to work at Meadowfield as Healthcare Assistants. Applicants need to be committed to maintaining and improving service user centred care to the highest standards. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with an ability to demonstrate good communication skills and team working abilities.

    If you like the sound of that, then come and join our team., Meadowfield is an award winning, purpose built acute mental health unit in Worthing, West Sussex offering person-centred and holistic care to the people of Adur, Arun and Worthing. Meadowfield has 34 mixed gender beds for people of working age (Maple and Rowan Ward) and 18 beds on Larch Ward which is for people over the age of 65 all of which operate with open doors., Sussex Partnership NHS FT is committed to supporting a diverse workforce that reflects our communities.     Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust takes its responsibilities for the safeguarding and protection of children and young people and vulnerable adults very seriously and expects this of all its employees and bank workers.
