The Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) is part of the multidisciplinary team delivering careto patients. Support and supervision is provided by a Registered Nurse.The Health Care Support Worker carries out a range of personal care activities and tasks in support of and supervised by a Registered Nurse. You will be working with a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team, providing patient centered and evidence-based care. You will be accountable for your own practice while supporting the registered nurse by caring for patients and delivering high standards of care.
