Full Job Description

This superb initiative reinforces our commitment to deliver outstanding healthcare. The facility is an important phase in the patient pathway to facilitate early release of inpatient beds for new admissions and provides a calm and comfortable environment for patients to complete final treatments and discharge arrangements.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic Health Care Assistants with very strong interpersonal skills to come and join us and help progress and embed this new project., The facility will care for a variety of patients and we are looking for Health Care Assistants to become part of the team which will provide high standards of care to our patients.
Full induction and training will be provided. As an organisation which positively embraces staff development an opportunity to undertake further training and to develop your skills will be provided.
The facility will have the capacity to accommodate 10 patients on beds and 15 patients on chairs and will be open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm. As a Health Board we support flexible working arrangements and will consider both part-time and full time applications for this post.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed
