Full Job Description

Your role will be diverse: end of life care, active patient treatment and rehabilitation. You will have training to enable you to increase your skills and become a valued member of the team. Training will include Tissue Viability, moving and handling, rehabilitation, venepuncture, and many other skills.

We are looking for a dynamic person to work within a multi-disciplinary team in a community setting, providing support, care and treatment to individuals in their own homes. This service is provided between the hours of 07.00hrs and 22.00hrs over 7 days per week. There is a requirement to work shifts and weekends.

You will interact with all members of nursing, therapy, medical and other allied professionals related to the community team. You will be required to communicate with team members, patients, and carers., The successful candidate should have 12 months experience of working in a care setting, have their NVQ3 or equivalent and be capable of working under distanced supervision.
