Full Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward 3 Angleton Glanrhyd, to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs and to support complex discharge planning., Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field. If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTMUHB, where free car parking is available. The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination. We are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community hospital setting. Within this role you will be part of the team caring for patients. If you would like to be part of our team that delivers personalised care, which supports learning and promotes an open and fair culture then apply to work with us. You will receive support and development through in-service training, regular appraisals and clinical supervision. The post holder will be part of an integrated team. You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager. We encourage informal visits to allow applicants to familiarise themselves with our services and to answer any questions they may have.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community ward setting., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
