Health Care Support Worker Outpatients

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated health care support worker with a varied clinical experience to join the Outpatient Team., You will be expected to provide focused integrated clinical care under direction, supporting the Registered Nurses' (RN), Nurse in Charge (NiC) and Senior team with the day to day running of the department.

Ensure all patients receive safe, appropriate, competent treatment and care in accordance with local and national protocols and standards.

To ensure effective, professional communication with colleagues, the MDT and the senior team at all times.

We are looking for committed individuals with excellent organisational and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to support the team and to undertake a wide range of clinical duties.
