Full Job Description

Health Club & Spa Receptionist - Chichester First impressions really do count and you'll be the one making them, with a warm and friendly welcome. You'll provide a professional and efficient level of service; responsible for ensuring our Front of House runs smoothly, assisting members and Hotel guests with Health Club and Spa enquiries. You will help deliver a high touch customer experience, with excellent attention to detail, providing a duty of care to our customers with your awareness of Health and Safety. You'll help ensure housekeeping tasks are completed, carrying out membership tours and providing accurate and timely verbal and written communication for our members and guests. Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82 Role Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a courteous and efficient check-in process.
  • Ensure all guest accounts are settled in full and guest satisfaction is checked during check-out.
  • Share guest feedback with the Manager and therapists.
  • Assist in scheduling colleagues and services by handling pre-bookings and bookings for all services offered, scheduling to minimise and gaps and maximise booking space.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of guest services.
  • Stay updated on promotional offers and upsell services to guests, supporting the team in achieving retail sales goals.
  • Prepare scheduling notes for the team, including guest arrivals, pre-payments, and ensuring treatment allocations match guest requirements.
  • Great communication and I.T skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role within a Health and Wellbeing environment
