Full Job Description
We are seeking a Health and Fitness Coordinator to join our Sports and Recreation team at the Ravelin Centre in Portsmouth to ensure that the University of Portsmouth's diverse customer base has access to a comprehensive and inclusive health and fitness program.
The postholder will contribute to the overall well-being and health of our community, by coordinating and delivering a wide range of fitness classes and programs and by fostering a supportive and active environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their fitness goals. They will reflect and respond to customer feedback and implement program improvements to support member retention aligning with the business objectives.
As part of the application process, we ask that you send us a 20-40 minute video of you teaching a studio-based group exercise class. This can be in the style of your choice but please select a class that showcases your teaching skills most effectively. The class must be for a minimum of 4 people and we must be able to see and hear you in the video at all times. This can be a video you already have.
