Health and Fitness Instructor - Altrincham, Greater Manchester

The role: In this role you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers on the shop floor, actively engaging and promoting health and fitness, and building rapport.
• Working closely with club members, including inducting them on how to use gym equipment.
• Providing detailed and achievable programmes for club clientele.
• Actively selling club memberships.
• Completing regular maintenance checks and cleaning.
• Teaching and covering classes.
• Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet programme needs.
• Ensuring equipment meets first-class safety and cleanliness standards.
• Listening and responding to customers' requests.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff, ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Your key responsibility will be to create a positive and lasting first impression for every customer who visits the centre, providing a safe and professional environment while they use our fitness services and products. By doing so, you will play a vital role in maintaining the Centre's reputation for excellence and contributing to its growth and ongoing success. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification. • £12.10 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
