Health and Fitness Manager

This a varied and interesting role, that will include working as Duty Manager and running shifts each week. The role will involve managing, recruiting and training staff, dealing with customer's concerns, driving up memberships, preparing reports and attending meetings. You will represent the Places Leisure and you will need to be a motivated individual who will take on responsibility to lead a team and ensure the efficient day to day running of the centre.

• Management experience within gym environment
• Level 3 Fitness
• Exercise to Music, Group Cycling or Les Mills
• Proven track record of delivering health initiatives
• NPLQ qualification or willing to complete
• Pool Plant Operator qualification or willing to complete
