Health Manager

You will :

• Lead and manage a team of occupational health professionals, ensuring clinical governance and high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Provide expert advice on occupational health matters and support the development of health policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with data protection requirements for all medical records
• Work with Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies to meet the needs of the different business areas
• Develop and implement health and wellbeing programs.
  
  Looking for a new exciting challenge join our Occupational Health Team as our UK Health Manager. Are you passionate about occupational health and looking for an exciting management opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Manager to join our Occupational Health team in the UK. This role offers the chance to work in an international corporate environment, collaborating with diverse teams across Uniper., Specialist Occupational Health qualification (diploma or degree or equivalent).
• Registered General Nursing Qualification (degree or equivalent).
• Proven experience in occupational health, with a strong background in team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
• Proficiency in developing and assessing health management systems, including stakeholder management, implementing health initiatives, and managing budgets.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
