Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit Band 2 Clerical Officers / Receptionists to join our busy Team in Health Records at The Royal Oldham Hospital and at the Community Diagnostic centre at Salmonfields in Oldham.

You will provide a high quality service focused on customer service for each patient and the Trust's clinical teams.

Full time however part time hours can be considered.

You are responsible for creating 'mini' medical records for clinical use including EDRMS Form Pack generation, undertaking reception duties and support for patients self-checking in for appointments across a number of receptions desks across all Trust sites including satellite clinics within the community.

You will also undertake the booking and scheduling of patient appointments and associated administrative duties. All activities within the Booking and Scheduling Service must comply with the Trust's Elective and Cancer Access Policies and ensure patients are offered an appropriate choice of appointments.
