Health & Safety Administrator

Pay Rate: Competitive Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 12 months Shift patterns: Monday - Friday Days shifts Location: Heathrow - TW6 2GA PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position. Ready for your career to take off? We're seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Escalate/report all accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards as necessary using the site internal escalation.
• Assist managers in investigations of accidents/incidents/near misses where necessary.
• Observe all environmental and safety rules and signs at all times.
• Conduct health & safety compliance checks and audits.
• Ensure all actions assigned to them are completed thoroughly and on time.
• Help the site and team to achieve all relevant objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

• Strong administrative skills
• Ideally health and Safety back ground
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft word and excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Be able to provide five years address history
• Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
