Pick Everard are looking for an ambitious Health and Safety Construction Consultant to join our practice on our unique journey. You will support us with our mission to provide dynamic Health and Safety services in the Midlands, and the wider region, as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
As a Health and Safety Construction Consultant, you will be working with the design team to reduce and manage risks in design for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015 and will be required to carry out regular site visits to complete health and safety inspections reporting back to the client.

You'll become part of a business with an excellent reputation in the industry for client care and quality, with a diverse range of industry experts for you to collaborate with and learn from. Our ideal Health and Safety Consultant must have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015

  • Practical experience in managing or providing dedicated CDM / H&S advisor services/role

  • Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.)

  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety preferred (or equivalent)


  • It would be nice for you to have:
  • Professional qualification in a construction, engineering, building surveying or building services discipline

  • Recognised membership of a proven Health & Safety organisation

  • An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude

  • A passion for Health and Safety with a desire to learn and progress
