Full Job Description

The post hold is required to review and update all Health and Safety incidents reported on the Trust internal incident reporting system.

The post holder will liaise with local wards and departments to determine factual information about the incidents and any injuries sustained to enable the system to be updated and details passed to the Senior Health and Safety Advisor for potential external reporting.

The post holder will be required to administer the incident learning panels, under the guide of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor to capture and circulate local and corporate learning from incidents.

We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Health and Safety Team.

The post holder must be a confident communicator who can work well as part of a team and autonomously with a flexible attitude to work with the ability to work well in times of pressure.

The post is a full time position offering 37.5 hours per week of which flexible working is offered.
