Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols within the organisation to ensure a safe, secure and compliant working environment across our operational sites.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks

- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and prevent reoccurrence

- Provide safety training to employees on various topics

- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

- Prepare reports on safety performance and incidents

Proficient in report writing to document safety procedures and incidents

- Skilled in root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of accidents or incidents

- Nebosh qualification

- Proven experience in the quarrying and or recycling industries is essential
