Full Job Description

To act as the main contact for meeting arrangements and HSW team events, including travel. Will work interdependently with all HSW Team members to support, guide and share information helping the team become truly inter-reliant and provide a best-in-class service to the business.

· Manage the contract for our Personal Track Safety Training (PTS) by ensuring that records and training are up to date and compliant and being the single point of contact for all PTS queries, training requests and relevant administration to comply with TfW Standards.

· Be responsible for the ordering and issue of personal protective equipment (PPE) by liaising with procurement, contacting third party suppliers and raising the appropriate Purchase Order (PO) to ensure all site staff are compliant with Health and Safety standards.

· Monitor and maintain our Close Call and Accident/Incident reporting system by overseeing that all accidents, incidents, close calls and near misses relating to Health and Safety are properly reported, recorded, and investigated with a view to assuring appropriate actions are recorded.

· Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative and coordination role.

· Ability to demonstrate good planning and prioritisation to deliver work to a high standard and by the required deadline.

· Knowledge / Interest of relevant H&S legislation & regulations.

· Ability to understand, analyse and present reports, data and communications.

· Passionate about workplace wellbeing, with a positive challenging nature.

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
