Full Job Description

To teach BTEC Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care with the ability to deliver another BTEC, preferably BTEC Applied Psychology. You will be also responsible for regularly assessing student progress, preparing progress reports, and providing accurate and timely data and information. Maintaining student morale and discipline both inside and outside the classroom, keeping up to date with curriculum development and assessment requirements, and working effectively within a team to devise and maintain teaching strategies are also important. You will support extracurricular activities, outreach, and liaison work, and actively participate in the college's appraisal and performance management process. Staying updated in relevant areas of professional expertise, developing and maintaining industry/commerce links, attending relevant events, promoting the college's reputation, and collaborating on course development are additional responsibilities. You may also undertake course coordination
responsibilities and other duties as required.
