Health Visitor

We are looking to recruit a Health Visitor who is innovative and highly motivated to join our integrated team of Health Visitors, Community Staff Nurses, Nursery Nurses, School Nurses, and Speech and Language Therapists. You will be working as part of a well established multi-disciplinary team, and have the ability to meet the demands of the rapidly changing primary care scene. We provide a universal service to all families and children within the 0 19 age group, targeted in response to the identified needs of the population and are committed to taking forward the local Children and Young Peoples Plan.

• Qualified Health Visitor


• IT skilled


• Experienced in implementing evidence-based practice and developing strategies, clinical guidelines and policies


• Can demonstrate and understanding of current issues affecting community health services.


• Knowledge and experience of Safeguarding Children management and practice
