Full Job Description

We are a unique integrated 0-19 service with a skill mix team of Health visitors, School nurses, Community Staff nurses, Community Nursery nurses, Early start workers, Family Nurse Partnership. We are co-located within the Children Centres., We have integrated health visiting team who work closely with Children's Centres and Partners to deliver Best Start for Life. We believe in co-design and family centred care. In return we offer preceptorship and supportive inductions, corporate membership of the iHV and SAPNA, excellent professional development opportunities and access to the CLCH Academy.

We have Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Ealing. You will be either qualified or currently in training for your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with a passion for public health nursing seeking to find new ways of working with families. In return we offer preceptorship and supportive inductions, a team buddy and excellent professional development opportunities.
