Are you a passionate and dedicated health professional looking to make a real difference in your community? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic project management. What you'll do: + Health Visitor Role: o Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings. o Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. o Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services. + Clinical Quality Fellow Role: o Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant. o Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities. o Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives. For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C's apply), Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date.
