Full Job Description
- Health Visitor Role: Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.
- Clinical Quality Fellow Role: Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant.
- Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives. CLCH NHS Trust is only one of a few trusts that still offers the Recruitment premia that was introduced in April 2023, to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams.
- A UK registered health visitor with a strong clinical background.
- A passion for improving public health and addressing health disparities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
