Full Job Description

  • Health Visitor Role: Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.
  • Clinical Quality Fellow Role: Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant.
  • Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives.
