Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor SCPHN to work within our 0-19 Growing Healthy Service in Stockton on Tees. This post will be based from Billingham Family Hub and the team you will be aligned to are a skill mixed team covering a geographical area of Stockton. We have designated teams for infant feeding, healthy weight and SEND which support us to collectively improve the health outcomes for children and young people living in Stockton on Tees. We work in partnership with Midwives, Early Help, Children's Services, Public Health and Acute Services., New team members are supported through induction, training, shadowing and a preceptorship package tailored to your individual needs.

  • 4-6 weekly supervision with Line Manager and Safeguarding Team
  • Appraisal in the first 3 months of the role and then annual
  • Your professional development and opportunities for learning will be explored through supervision with your line manager.
