Are you looking for your next role working as part of the wider People Team? Look no further, we want you to join us as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator. This role reports to the Health & Wellbeing advisor but will also support the Employee Relations Partner (Health & Wellbeing), and where required the wider People team, to provide a cohesive professional service to all leaders and colleagues within the Aster Group What you'll be doing You'll be providing supporting inquiries and administer trinational process, such as filing or case management documents, during and following case completion stage. Supporting the provision of information to colleagues and leaders, and which falls within your area of knowledge and experience. You'll work with our Payroll colleagues to ensure personnel records accurately inform sickness payments. The role carries out a pivotal function within the People & Transformation directorate and as such is highly influential in enabling Aster to effectively achieve its transformation strategy and ambitions. A core aspect of the role is to ensure all transactional and administration processes are completed accurately and are legally compliant and in line with GDPR requirements; ensuring confidentiality is maintained and personnel files (and other records) are accurately kept and updated.,

You'll already have some experience working in a HR function, most likely as an administrator or coordinator. You will Hold (or be working towards) a recognised HR or CIPD recognised Level 3 qualification. You'll have high standards of customer service, with a proactive nature, and exceptional service standards to our internal customers. You'll have knowledge and understanding of HR administration and HR technology. Occasional travel may be required within our area of operation so a driving licence and use of car for business purposes is essential.
