Are you a competent administrator looking for the next step in your career? Do have previous experience in primary care or are you looking to work in this sector? Brilliant! Come and join our lovely Group Workflow team at the Welby HUB in Bottesford., As a Health Administrator/ Care Navigator, we rely on you to provide crucial support to our 4 GPpractices.

From the HUB you will be managing incoming requests from patients. Patients submit a wide range of requests electronically through askmyGP. With the support of clinicians and managers, you will direct patients to the most appropriate resource, answer patients queries and support our clinicians.

You will also manage incoming correspondence, coding information and directing letters to the appropriate clinicians or teams mainly throughelectronic communication, with very little telephone or face-to-face contact.

This is a permanent role of 24 hours per week, 4 days per week between Monday to Friday from 08:00-14:00, however, we are supportive of flexible working and welcome a conversation at the interview about flexible working arrangements.
