Full Job Description

At Warrington & Halton Hospitals we are looking to recruit keen and enthusiast induvials that want to develop and progress in healthcare . The role is an essential part of delivering high quality patient care. The role of the HCA is to assist the Registered Nurse in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. The post holder will be required to work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the individual needs of patients and their families.
We have vacancies across our organisation and will be interviewing for various speciality areas., The post holder is responsible for carrying out assigned tasks involving direct patient care in
support of and supervised by an Assistant Practitioner/Registered Nurse, maintaining a high
standard of quality patient care and staff morale.
