We are looking for motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals who are keen to join the community workforce. This post offers nurses the opportunity to develop or expand clinical skills, ranging from wound care, diabetes management and Palliative care to name a few. The role gives successful applicants the opportunity to take the first step into a community-based role with opportunities to develop within the organisation, including Nursing associate programme and Registered nurse training.
