Healthcare Assistant

The role will work on a rota basis undertaking shifts between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, there may be scope to include Saturdays or late hours. Therefore, please ensure you have flexibility to work within these times.,

• Assist the Radiologists and Radiographers during imaging (CT/MRI/ Ultrasound/interventional) procedures.
• To prepare the examination rooms prior to imaging procedures.
• Act as chaperone during examinations
• To receive and prepare patients for examinations, by confirming their ID, expected examination and safety questionnaires.
• Provide general administration assistance to the admin team, to include booking appointments, maintaining the diary and responding to queries.
• To maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Stock taking and ordering.
  
  GCSE Maths and English.
• Level 3 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent).
• Experience within a healthcare work environment, preferably within a people focused setting.
• Basic IT skills.
• Good organisation skills.
