Our service user is a gentleman who lives in Runcorn and requires a care team to support him throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis. He is very upbeat and loves chatting away and having banter with his family and care team. He is a big football fan and supports Everton football club, he loves watching them on TV and when possible, visiting the stadium to watch them play. At home, he enjoys watching his favourite detective and murder mystery TV programmes as well as listening and singing along to his favourite songs on YouTube. Throughout the day you will be required to provide support with his personal care, moving and handling requirements, attending to his clinical care needs, and supporting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests. It is essential you have received your Covid vaccinations for this position
We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home., Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role

- Days: 8am 5:30pm or 12:30pm 8:30pm
- Alternate weekends are needed for this position Take a look at our pay rates Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£123.50 approx. per 9.5-hour shift) Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£195 approx. per 13-hour shift) Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour (£221 approx. per 13-hour shift) This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user, really making a positive impact on his day to day life., We specialise in the provision of highly complex clinical care services delivered in the homes of service users.
