They will be on hand to support and guide you in completing the Care Certificate, to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake your new role.You will be assigned an assessor on the ward which you are based, who will support you as you embark upon your exciting journey at Bolton Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Whilst working alongside one our amazing teams, you will have the chance to develop and showcase these skills.Some of our HCAs have gone on to become Nursing Associates or Registered Nurses so the sky is the limit for you here in Bolton!
