Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' well-being and recovery. Working alongside our nursing team, you'll be the primary point of contact for many of our patients, providing essential care and compassion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with patient care, including feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient care, You'll start your career with us by following a 5 day full-time and in-depth induction training programme, within the hospital, so you can hit the ground running and ensure our patients get the care they need and deserve.

• You are happy to carry out a variety of tasks (detailed below) - including personal hygiene care
• You can work a variety of shifts - these include mornings (shifts could start from 7am), short days & long days (shifts are generally 10 - 12 hours long), evenings (till around 8pm) and nights (from around 7pm)
We consider both Part-Time and Full-Time applications, but you MUST be flexible and able to cover a variety of shifts as we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
