MSE presents an exciting opportunity in our Elective Admission Lounge! Join a vibrant, close-knit team of 12 within Division 6 Anaesthetics and Theatres, where every day brings rewarding challenges. We specialise in same-day admissions for adult surgical patients staying overnight, covering a range of specialties, including General Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Vascular. As a patient advocate, you'll provide compassionate support, escorting patients to theatre and ensuring their comfort and safety. Plus, you'll step in to support Theatres and DSU when needed, making this role as dynamic as it is impactful!, If successful, some of your duties will include

• Admitting adult surgical patients in preparation for Surgical procedure.
• Covering areas within Theatres/DSU when required.
• Acting as patients advocate.
• Maintaining Privacy and Dignity.
• Phlebotomy if required pre surgery.
• Chaperoning of patients.
