Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including participating in ward rounds, analyzing patient behaviors, updating records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to create bespoke care plans and risk assessments, empowering the individuals to manage and improve their health through their treatment.
