Healthcare Assistant - AMU

This is an exciting post which allows the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of the AMU team here at Aintree. The role involves supporting qualified practitioners to deliver high levels of care to patients in an acute setting., Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the post holder will assist the department team in providing the highest possible standard of care for patients and their families/carer. The post holder will undertake a range of tasks and duties as delegated by a registered nurse.

The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience working in a hospital setting at NVQ Level 2.

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.
