Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

• Hands-on experience in Ventilation, Suctioning and Nebulisers.
• Passion for person-centred care
• Ability to work in community-based complex care settings
Our client enjoys working with people that are chatty and bubbly. She likes people to narrate what's going on and essentially be very extravert. There needs to be a level of confidence that people have in order to match personality and clinical needs. She is non verbal but likes to be included and involved.
