Healthcare Assistant - Derbyshire

We are looking to bring onboard a person-centred healthcare assistant to join the multidisciplinary community-based team at Derbyshire and South Staffordshire to support providing holistic, person centred, end of life care to patients and those important to them., You will hold person centred conversations, practice empathetic communication with the person and those important to them in a supportive, professional manner and provide high quality personal care and support to enhance wellbeing.
