Would you like to work for an award-winning charity that is striving to ensure that all the residents of the Fylde Coast have access to the best of end of life care available?, We are looking for an experienced health care assistant who has an NVQ3 qualification to join our in-patient team. As part of this role, you will be required to work alternative shift patterns over the 24 hour period to support the needs of the service with an increment being paid for nights worked.

You must be a committed individual who wants to provide excellent care to our patients and families, demonstrating our values to provide the best end of life care. You must be a team player, have good communication skill and a positive, friendly and professional attitude.
