Healthcare Assistant - Ward 7 Broadgreen Hospital

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team on Ward 7 at Broadgreen Hospital as a Healthcare Assistant.

Ward 7 is a 23 bedded reablement ward caring for patients who are currently pathway 1 and 2 and are aiming to reduce their pathway, promoting independence. We work closely with therapists and MDT to care for and plan a safe discharge for our patients.

The successful candidate will be someone who embodies the Trust values of We are Caring, We are Fair, We are Innovative. You will care for patients daily living activities, including nutrition, hydration and continence needs. You will also promote activity and monitor pressure area care, as well as provide emotional and psychological support., Under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, assisting the Ward team in providing the highest possible standard of basic care for patients and their families/carer.
