Full Job Description
The Facilities Department are looking to recruit a number of hard-working enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and dynamic Cleanliness Services Team at Arrowe Park Hospital. With potential development or progression opportunities within the Trust, this could be your first step to a career within the NHS. The role of the Healthcare Cleaning Professional is to support the smooth day to day operational running of our hospital through achieving excellent cleaning standards that will provide a clean and safe healthcare environment that meets our patient's expectations. Part time Healthcare Cleaning Professional Shift Times: Monday-Friday 1.00pm-5.00pm 20 hours per week, 3.00pm-7.00pm 20 hours per week,5.00pm-8.00pm 15 hours per week,5.00pm-9.00pm 20 hours per week. There will be a requirement to work Bank Holidays. This role is highlighted as part of the Wirral Healthcare & Workforce programme. General baseline cleaning duties of the hospital environment will include mopping, vacuuming, damp dusting, cleaning of toilets and bathrooms and serving beverages to patients. Additional specialised cleaning duties, including infection prevention and control cleaning, will be required as directed.
