Main Duties of the Job

In this exciting role, you will:

· Fully integrate into the Multidisciplinary Team:Have the opportunity to attend ward rounds and work with the HCOOP/Frailty lead to shape the service.

· Provide training and teaching:Train FY1 and FY2 doctors, become an educational supervisor for trainee pharmacists, and supervise foundation pharmacists.

· Engage in service level activities:Play a key role in the continuous improvement of our services.

· Line management and practice supervision:Take on responsibilities in managing foundation pharmacists and acting as a practice supervisor, educational supervisor, enhancing your leadership skills.

Pursue further education:Undertake the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) course to expand your qualifications
