- It would be advantageous to have experience in a telephone-based role and/ or within an FCA regulated environment. When applying to this role, we'll ask you to complete several screening questions. Please ensure you answer these, as they form part of our shortlisting process. Following this, the first stage of the interview process is completion of an Arctic Shores Assessment. This is an online, behaviour-based assessment that doesn't contain any questions. Instead, it's a series of engaging, intuitive tasks. The next and final stage, if shortlisted, is that we will invite you to attend an interview which will take place from 27th January until 7th February in our Bournemouth office. At AXA Health, we're looking for talented Healthcare Sales Consultants to join our highly successful sales team in Bournemouth. As a Healthcare Sales Consultant, you'll be contacting customers who have enquired directly with AXA Health online into Private Healthcare Insurance. You'll listen to our customers' needs and provide suitable cover options offering tailored solutions. As part of this role, you'll be comfortable having sensitive conversations and taking an empathetic approach you'll translate factual and sometimes complex information in a simple way, converting these enquiries into sales through building rapport and listening. After your initial office based training period of 12 weeks, you'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with an early finish of 2.30pm on Fridays, no evenings or weekend.
