Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us in the Cardio-Respiratory department as a Band 4 Healthcare Science Associate Practitioner - Cardiology.

The role will be primarily based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital however successful candidates will be expected to also work at local community diagnostic centres when required.

This role will include performing 12 Lead ECG's, fitting and analysis of ambulatory ECG monitor supported by the cardiac physiology team and assisting the cardiac physiology team during Exercise tolerance tests, autonomic function tests and head up tilt tests. Daily support and supervision of Cardio-Respiratory Technical Assistants and responsibility of equipment servicing/maintenance are part of the role.

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years clinical experience working as a Cardiographer/Healthcare Science Assistant., Disability Confident
