Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work across an All Age Eating Disorder service supporting service users and families.

We are a friendly, enthusiastic team who are dedicated to providing excellent care, delivering evidence based interventions and continually striving for service improvement.

We are looking to recruit to a full-time, Band 3 HCSE to workas part of our experienced multi-disciplinary team supporting service users and their families in their recovery and contribute to the delivery of training to colleagues and partner agencies to support with early identification and access to appropriate service provision.

Main duties of the job

To provide support, and spend therapeutic time with an allocated group of service users.

To promote and support the physical health, comfort, wellbeing and recovery of service-users, and to assist them in re-establishing their place in the community, as appropriate.

To assist Registered Professionals in assessments and care planning/ implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans.

To participate in the process of assessment, intervention and evaluation of planned programmes of care as identified by the Eating Disorder Service, with individuals and families.
